• Sunnier is an app for running a service business.
• 7 days free, then $40 a month or $400 a year. Cancel anytime.
• Your business’s information is yours.
• You’re responsible for the texts you send your customers.

“Sunnier,” “we” and “us” mean the Sunnier app, this website, and the people who run them. By making an account or using Sunnier, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email hello@sunnier.app.

You need to be at least 18 and use Sunnier for your business. Keep your sign-in safe. If you add people to your team, you’re responsible for what they do in Sunnier.

• Your first 7 days are free. After that, Sunnier is $40 a month, or $400 a year, unless you cancel.
• Payments are handled by Polar, which sells Sunnier on our behalf. Your receipt comes from them, and they hold your card details. We never see them.
• Cancel anytime in the app (Account, then Manage billing). You keep Sunnier until the month you paid for ends. We don’t refund part of a month.
• If a payment fails, parts of the app may stop working until it goes through.
• If the price changes, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it does.

What you put in Sunnier stays yours: your customers, cars, bookings, prices and photos. You let us store and use it only to run Sunnier for you. You need to have the right to use your customers’ information in your business.

Sunnier helps you write texts, but you send them, from your own phone. You’re responsible for what you send and for following texting laws, like only texting people who said it’s OK. Read every draft Sunnier writes before you send it.

Sunnier can make pages your customers see, like referral pages, gift cards and passes. The business on the page, not Sunnier, provides the service and sets its prices, times and promises.

Don’t use Sunnier for anything illegal, to send spam, to break into it or slow it down, or to copy or resell it. If someone does, or doesn’t pay, we may pause or close their account.

Sunnier will keep changing as we make it better. We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect.

We work hard to keep Sunnier running and your information safe, but we can’t promise it will never have a problem. Sunnier is provided “as is.” As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for lost profits or indirect losses, and the most we owe you for any claim is what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

You can delete your account anytime in the app (Account, then Delete Account). These terms follow California law.
